Unknown - Acrylic Rotary Table

• Used in light assembly operations requiring precise angular positioning of components.
• Suitable for inspection tasks where parts need to be rotated for full visual access.
• Can be integrated into automated systems for indexing parts through various processing stages.
• Often found in laboratories for testing and experimental setups requiring controlled rotation.

Typical table diameter

For this class of equipment, table diameters commonly range from 300mm to 1500mm.

Load capacity

Units of this type typically handle loads from a few kilograms up to several hundred kilograms, depending on design.

Indexing precision

Precision can vary, with many units offering accuracy within a few arc minutes.

Rotation speed

Commonly, rotation speeds are adjustable, typically ranging from 1 to 30 RPM.

Power supply

Electrically driven units typically require a standard single-phase 230V supply, though some larger or more powerful models may use three-phase.

Control interface

Many units feature simple push-button controls, while more advanced models may offer programmable logic controller (PLC) integration.

Material of construction

While this unit is acrylic, rotary tables are commonly constructed from aluminium, steel, or cast iron for durability and stability.

• What are the advantages of an acrylic rotary table?

Acrylic tables are typically lighter and offer good visibility of the workpiece from below. They are also non-conductive, which can be beneficial in certain applications.

• Can this rotary table be integrated into an automated production line?

• What maintenance is typically required for a used rotary table?

• Is a motor included with this type of rotary table?

• What safety features should I look for?

Rotary tables and indexing systems are valued in food processing for their reliability in automating product handling and storage workflows. Buyers typically prioritise stainless steel construction and corrosion resistance given food safety requirements. When purchasing used equipment, inspectors should check bearing condition, indexing accuracy, and cleanliness of surfaces. Industry sentiment favours models with straightforward maintenance and proven track records in high-volume production environments. Durability and precise positioning capabilities remain key strengths attracting continued buyer interest.
