Baader 603 Separator With Crusher

• Separation of fish meat from bone, skin, and cartilage for surimi production.
• Recovery of meat from fish frames and trimmings in fish processing plants.
• Production of fish paste for various food products such as fish balls and sausages.
• Processing of other raw materials where fine separation of soft tissue from harder components is required.

Typical capacity

For this class of equipment, throughputs commonly range from 1,500 kg/hr to 3,000 kg/hr, depending on raw material and screen size.

Power supply

Units of this type typically require a 3-phase electrical supply, commonly 400V, 50Hz, with appropriate motor protection.

Separation principle

Utilises a gentle pressing mechanism through a perforated drum, separating soft tissue from harder components.

Material of construction

Typically constructed from stainless steel for hygiene and corrosion resistance in food processing environments.

Included features

This specific unit includes a precrusher, infeed conveyor, and ram pusher, which are valuable for optimising raw material preparation and feed.

Screen sizes

Various screen hole sizes are typically available to achieve different product textures and yields.

• What kind of raw material can this Baader 603 Separator process?

This separator is primarily designed for processing fish frames, whole small fish, and fish trimmings to recover high-quality meat. It can also be adapted for other soft tissue separation tasks.

• How does the precrusher benefit the separation process?

• Is this unit suitable for continuous operation?

• What maintenance is typically required for a Baader separator?

• Can the separation yield and quality be adjusted?

Fish equipment in food processing is generally well-regarded for durability and reliability when maintained properly. Buyers typically value robust construction and ease of cleaning. When purchasing used fish processing equipment, buyers should inspect for corrosion, verify mechanical functionality, and confirm hygiene compliance standards. Common strengths include longevity with proper maintenance, straightforward operation, and cost effectiveness compared to new alternatives. Stainless steel components and established brand reliability are frequently prioritized considerations in the secondhand market.
