GEA - 3000 / 600 Fryer

• Used in large-scale food production for continuous frying of various products.
• Commonly found in facilities producing coated products such as chicken nuggets, fish fingers, or onion rings.
• Suitable for frying potato products like chips or crisps in high volumes.
• Applied in the production of baked goods requiring deep-fat frying, such as doughnuts.

Frying length

This unit features a 3000mm (118'') frying length, which is indicative of a medium to large industrial fryer, suitable for continuous processing.

Belt width

A 600mm (24'') belt width typically allows for a good throughput of product, accommodating various item sizes side-by-side.

Heating power

The 88kW heating capacity suggests significant power for rapid oil temperature recovery, crucial for consistent product quality in continuous operations.

Sediment removal

The inclusion of sediment removal is standard for maintaining oil quality and extending oil life in continuous frying systems.

Fire suppression

Fire suppression piping is a critical safety feature commonly found on industrial fryers of this scale, often integrated into facility safety systems.

Canopy lifting

A chain hoist lifting canopy facilitates access for cleaning and maintenance, improving operational efficiency and safety.

Oil circulation

An oil pump is essential for continuous oil filtration and circulation, ensuring even temperature distribution and efficient frying.

Footprint

With an overall length of 5000mm (197''), this unit requires a substantial floor area, typical for high-capacity industrial fryers.

• What type of oil does this fryer typically use?

Industrial fryers of this type are designed to operate with various cooking oils, including vegetable oils, palm oil, or blends, depending on the product and desired outcome. Buyers should confirm specific oil compatibility with the seller.

• Is this unit suitable for different product types?

• What are the typical power requirements for a fryer of this size?

• How is oil filtration managed on units like this?

• What maintenance is typically required for a continuous fryer?

Gas analyzers and detectors are regarded as essential precision instruments in pharmaceutical and biotech laboratories. Buyers typically prioritise calibration records and maintenance history when purchasing used equipment. These instruments are valued for their accuracy, repeatability, and reliability in critical analytical processes. Key considerations include ensuring proper documentation of service intervals, verifying sensor functionality, and confirming compatibility with existing laboratory systems. Well-maintained units often perform comparably to new equipment at considerably lower cost, making them attractive for budget-conscious facilities requiring validated analytical capability.
