ITW Mima Pallet Wrapper

• Securing goods on pallets for transport and storage in warehousing and logistics.
• Protecting products from dust, moisture, and damage in manufacturing facilities.
• Stabilising mixed loads to prevent shifting during transit in distribution centres.
• Bundling multiple items onto a single pallet for efficient handling in various industries.

Typical throughput

For this class of equipment, throughput commonly ranges from 20 to 30 pallets per hour, depending on wrap cycles and operator efficiency.

Max wrap height

Units of this type typically accommodate pallet heights up to 2400mm, though this can vary.

Rotating table diameter

Commonly, rotating tables on such wrappers are around 1650mm, suitable for standard UK and European pallet sizes.

Power supply

Most pallet wrappers for general industrial use operate on a 230-volt single-phase power supply.

Film type

These machines typically use standard stretch film, with various gauges available to suit different load requirements.

Footprint

A typical semi-automatic pallet wrapper with a ramp requires a floor area of approximately 2.5m x 3m for operation and access.

• What type of film does this machine use?

Pallet wrappers of this kind typically use standard machine-grade stretch film, available in various thicknesses and widths. Buyers should confirm specific film requirements with the seller.

• Is operator training required for this type of equipment?

• What maintenance is typically involved for a used pallet wrapper?

• Can this machine handle different pallet sizes?

• What are the benefits of using a pallet wrapper over manual wrapping?

Used sealing machines are generally valued for their durability and long operational life. Buyers typically prioritize machines with clear maintenance histories and minimal wear on sealing components. Key considerations include film compatibility, seal quality consistency, and ease of adjustment. Reputable models tend to retain functionality well across multiple applications. Industry sentiment suggests these machines offer strong value when sourced from reliable vendors, though operators should verify calibration settings and test seal integrity before full production use.
