Equipment Type

Continuous Thermal Oil Fryer

Typical Capacity

For this class of equipment, throughput can range significantly based on product and oil volume, often processing hundreds to thousands of kilograms per hour.

Heating Medium

Thermal oil, commonly heated by gas burners.

Fryer Belt Width

The '1000' in the model name typically indicates a belt width of 1000mm, suitable for medium to high-volume production.

Power Supply

Commonly requires a 3-phase electrical supply for motors and controls, typically 400V, 50Hz, along with a gas supply for the thermal oil heater.

Key Features

Units of this type commonly include power hoists for lid lifting, hold-down belts for product submersion, and integrated sediment removal systems.

Footprint

Continuous fryers are substantial pieces of equipment, requiring significant floor space, typically several metres in length and width.

• What is thermal oil frying?

Thermal oil frying uses a separate heat exchanger to heat cooking oil indirectly via thermal oil, offering precise temperature control and extended oil life compared to direct heating methods.

Gas analyzers and detectors are regarded as essential precision instruments in pharmaceutical and biotech laboratories. Buyers typically prioritise calibration records and maintenance history when purchasing used equipment. These instruments are valued for their accuracy, repeatability, and reliability in critical analytical processes. Key considerations include ensuring proper documentation of service intervals, verifying sensor functionality, and confirming compatibility with existing laboratory systems. Well-maintained units often perform comparably to new equipment at considerably lower cost, making them attractive for budget-conscious facilities requiring validated analytical capability.
