• Integrated into lines for coating vegetable products or plant-based alternatives.

Working width

This specific unit features a 600mm working width, commonly found on mid-sized industrial lines.

Construction material

Typically all stainless steel, as described, for hygiene and durability in food processing environments.

Applicator type

Described as 'wier type', which uses a curtain or waterfall of batter for full product coverage.

Power supply

For this class of equipment, a 3-phase industrial electrical supply (e.g., 400V, 50Hz) is commonly required.

Typical throughput

Throughput varies significantly based on product size and line speed, but units of this width are designed for continuous industrial production.

Meat coating equipment holds a solid reputation for improving product consistency and presentation in poultry and meat processing operations. Buyers typically prioritize even coating application, ease of cleaning, and durability of contact surfaces when selecting used units. Key strengths include reduced product waste, faster processing speeds, and minimal operator intervention required. Potential purchasers should examine coating drums or belts for wear, verify spray nozzle functionality, and confirm electrical and mechanical components operate smoothly. Well-maintained machines generally deliver reliable performance in demanding production environments.
