Unknown - Rotary Table

• Used for precise positioning and indexing of workpieces in machining operations.
• Ideal for automated assembly lines requiring rotational movement of components.
• Applicable in inspection processes where parts need to be viewed from multiple angles.
• Suitable for welding or painting applications requiring continuous or incremental rotation of items.

Table diameter

Typically ranges from 150mm to 1000mm for this class of equipment, depending on the model.

Load capacity

Commonly supports loads from 50kg to over 500kg, varying significantly with unit size and construction.

Indexing accuracy

Precision can range from a few arc-minutes to several arc-seconds, crucial for specific applications.

Rotation speed

Typically offers variable speeds, from less than 1 RPM for heavy indexing to 50 RPM for continuous rotation.

Power supply

Commonly requires a 3-phase supply, such as 400V, 50Hz, for motor operation and control systems.

Control interface

Often features a dedicated control panel or integrates with existing CNC systems.

Footprint

The base dimensions typically correlate with the table diameter, requiring adequate floor space for stability and operation.

• What is the difference between a rotary table and an indexing table?

A rotary table allows for continuous rotation and precise angular positioning, while an indexing table is primarily designed for discrete, repeatable angular steps.

• Can this rotary table be integrated with a CNC system?

• What maintenance is typically required for a used rotary table?

• What safety features should I look for?

• Is a foundation required for installation?

Rotary tables and indexing systems are valued in food processing for their reliability in automating product handling and storage workflows. Buyers typically prioritise stainless steel construction and corrosion resistance given food safety requirements. When purchasing used equipment, inspectors should check bearing condition, indexing accuracy, and cleanliness of surfaces. Industry sentiment favours models with straightforward maintenance and proven track records in high-volume production environments. Durability and precise positioning capabilities remain key strengths attracting continued buyer interest.
