AEG - Scanvaegt ScanBatcher 4700

• Precisely portioning and packing fresh or frozen food products such as poultry, fish, meat, and vegetables.
• Batching products to a target weight for retail packaging or further processing.
• Automating the packing process in food production lines to improve efficiency and reduce labour costs.
• Handling delicate products while maintaining high throughput for consistent portion control.
• Integrating with upstream processing equipment and downstream packaging machinery.

Typical throughput

For this class of equipment, throughput commonly ranges from 100 to 300 portions per minute, depending on product characteristics and target weight.

Power supply

Units of this type typically require a 3-phase electrical supply, commonly 400V, 50Hz, with varying amperage requirements based on configuration.

Footprint

A complete fixed weight packer system, including infeed and outfeed conveyors, can require a significant operational footprint, typically several metres in length and width.

Weight range

ScanBatcher systems are generally designed for precise weighing of individual portions, typically from a few grams up to several kilograms.

Construction material

Equipment for food processing is typically constructed from food-grade stainless steel for hygiene and durability.

Control system

Modern batching systems commonly feature integrated PC-based control for recipe management, data logging, and operational adjustments.
