The company traces its roots to 1919, when master craftsman Ruggero Petroncini founded Officine Vittoria in Bologna before establishing the workshop that carries his name. Today Petroncini Impianti is based in S. Agostino near Ferrara and operates within the IMA Group, where it anchors the IMA Coffee Hub alongside specialists in coffee processing and packaging. The factory covers the full production chain: green coffee reception and handling, roasting, grinding and degassing, backed by plant engineering services and an installed base of 5,400 plants worldwide.
