Comefri NPA630RD Centrifugal fan

• Ventilation in food production areas to manage air quality and temperature.
• Extraction of fumes and vapours from cooking or processing lines.
• Air circulation in drying or cooling processes for various food products.
• Supply of combustion air for industrial ovens and furnaces.
• Pneumatic conveying of light materials within a processing plant.

Typical Airflow Capacity

For this class of centrifugal fan, airflow can typically range from 5,000 to 20,000 m³/h, depending on static pressure requirements.

Power Supply

Units of this type commonly operate on a 400V, 3-phase, 50Hz supply, with motor power typically ranging from 5.5 kW to 15 kW.

Impeller Type

NPA series fans typically feature backward-curved impellers, known for high efficiency and non-overloading characteristics.

Construction Material

Casings and impellers are commonly constructed from robust mild steel, with options for stainless steel in specific food-grade applications.

Noise Level

Noise levels for centrifugal fans of this size typically range from 80 to 95 dB(A) at full load, requiring consideration for workplace acoustics.

Mounting Orientation

These fans are commonly designed for various discharge orientations, allowing flexibility in ductwork connection.

• What is the typical lifespan of a used industrial centrifugal fan?

With proper maintenance, an industrial centrifugal fan can have a service life of 15 to 20 years or more. Regular bearing lubrication and impeller balancing are key.

• Are spare parts readily available for Comefri fans?

• What maintenance is typically required for a centrifugal fan?

• Can this fan be used in environments with high humidity or corrosive elements?

• What considerations are there for installation?

HVAC drives and controllers are valued for reliable temperature and humidity regulation in controlled laboratory environments. Buyers typically prioritise units with precise calibration history and minimal downtime records. When purchasing used equipment, inspecting control boards, sensor functionality and documentation of maintenance schedules proves essential. These systems gain strong reputation for durability when properly serviced, though older models may lack advanced digital interfaces. Compatibility with existing facility infrastructure remains a common purchasing consideration.
