Fuji High Speed Flow Wrapper Stainless Steel

• Packaging confectionery items such as chocolate bars, biscuits, and sweets.
• Wrapping bakery products including cakes, pastries, and bread rolls.
• Sealing snack foods like crisps, nuts, and dried fruit portions.
• Packaging non-food items such as small components, stationery, or medical devices where a sealed flow wrap is required.

Typical throughput

High-speed flow wrappers of this class commonly achieve speeds from 100 to over 600 packages per minute, depending on product size and film material.

Power supply

Units of this type typically require a three-phase electrical supply, commonly 200V or 400V, at 50/60 Hz, with amperage varying based on motor size and heating elements.

Construction material

Stainless steel construction is standard for food processing applications, ensuring hygiene and corrosion resistance.

Film compatibility

These machines are generally compatible with various heat-sealable films, including BOPP, laminates, and co-extruded films.

Seal type

Horizontal form-fill-seal machines produce a fin seal on the bottom and end seals at both ends of the package.

Footprint

For this class of equipment, dimensions typically range from 3 to 4 metres in length, 1 to 1.5 metres in width, and 1.5 to 2 metres in height.

• What is a flow wrapper?

A flow wrapper is a horizontal form-fill-seal machine that creates a continuous bag around a product from a roll of film, sealing it with a bottom fin seal and two end seals.

• What types of products are suitable for flow wrapping?

• Is this machine suitable for washdown environments?

• Can this machine handle different product sizes?

• What maintenance is typically required for a flow wrapper?

Used sealing machines are generally valued for their durability and long operational life. Buyers typically prioritize machines with clear maintenance histories and minimal wear on sealing components. Key considerations include film compatibility, seal quality consistency, and ease of adjustment. Reputable models tend to retain functionality well across multiple applications. Industry sentiment suggests these machines offer strong value when sourced from reliable vendors, though operators should verify calibration settings and test seal integrity before full production use.
