Jeremy - Mini Max Depositor

• Depositing batters and creams for bakery products such as muffins, cupcakes, and tarts.
• Filling pastries and savoury items with precise portions of fillings.
• Accurately dispensing sauces, purees, and viscous liquids into containers or onto production lines.
• Portioning ready meals components or side dishes in food preparation facilities.

Typical capacity

For this class of equipment, throughput can range from several hundred to a few thousand deposits per hour, depending on product viscosity and portion size.

Power supply

Commonly found on units of this type, a standard single-phase electrical supply (e.g., 230V, 50Hz) is typically required, often with a pneumatic air supply.

Materials of construction

Units are typically constructed from food-grade stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and durability in food processing environments.

Footprint

Mini depositors are designed for compact spaces, with a typical footprint suitable for benchtop operation or integration into smaller production lines.

Portion size range

These machines typically offer adjustable portion sizes, from small grams up to several hundred millilitres, depending on the cylinder and nozzle configuration.

Product viscosity

Suitable for a wide range of viscosities, from thin liquids to thick pastes and products containing small particulates.
