Kremers RT1200 Rotary table

• Used for accumulating products at the end of a production line, allowing for manual packing or further processing.
• Functions as a buffer between different stages of a manufacturing process, managing product flow and preventing bottlenecks.
• Provides a stable, rotating platform for manual assembly, inspection, or decoration of items.
• Often integrated into automated systems for orienting products before packaging or labelling.
• Suitable for handling a variety of products, from small components to packaged goods, in food, pharmaceutical, and general manufacturing.

Typical Table Diameter

For this class of equipment, diameters commonly range from 600mm to 1500mm. This particular unit is listed as 1200mm.

Construction Material

Units designed for food or pharmaceutical applications, like this stainless steel model, typically feature hygienic construction.

Power Supply

Commonly, rotary tables operate on single-phase (1Ph) or three-phase (3Ph) electrical supplies, with variable speed drives being standard.

Speed Control

Variable speed functionality is a common feature, allowing for integration into diverse production line speeds.

Load Capacity

The load capacity for units of this type varies significantly based on design, but they are generally robust enough for typical product accumulation.

Footprint

The footprint is primarily determined by the table diameter and motor housing, requiring adequate floor space for operation and access.

• What kind of products can a rotary table handle?

Rotary tables are versatile and can handle a wide range of products, including bottles, jars, pouches, small components, and packaged goods, depending on the table surface and any guiding rails.

• Is variable speed control important?

• What maintenance is typically required for a used rotary table?

• Can this type of equipment be integrated into an existing production line?

• What should I consider regarding the table diameter?

Rotary tables and indexing systems are valued in food processing for their reliability in automating product handling and storage workflows. Buyers typically prioritise stainless steel construction and corrosion resistance given food safety requirements. When purchasing used equipment, inspectors should check bearing condition, indexing accuracy, and cleanliness of surfaces. Industry sentiment favours models with straightforward maintenance and proven track records in high-volume production environments. Durability and precise positioning capabilities remain key strengths attracting continued buyer interest.
