The NIEROS Knife Basket Washer CLT B effectively washes knife baskets, trays and cutting boards, and other items of adequate dimensions. The standard CLT B can accommodate up to 2000 knife baskets per hour with a maximum basket size of 360 × 115 × 475 mm. Apart from being thoroughly washed, all the items are also effectively sanitized with hot water at 85 °C.
