NNP Rotary table

• Accumulating products at the end of a conveyor line before packing.
• Buffering items between different stages of a processing or packaging operation.
• Orienting products for manual inspection or further automated processing.
• Providing a stable platform for operators to manually load or unload items.

Typical diameter

For this class of equipment, diameters commonly range from 800mm to 1500mm. This unit is stated as 1250mm.

Construction material

Units of this type, especially in food processing, are typically constructed from stainless steel for hygiene and durability.

Power supply

Commonly 3-phase electrical supply, often 400V, 50Hz in the UK, as stated for this unit.

Drive mechanism

Typically features a geared motor drive, often with variable speed control.

Throughput

Throughput capacity varies significantly based on product size and line speed, but rotary tables are designed to handle continuous flow.

Footprint

The footprint is primarily determined by the table diameter plus any motor housing or support frame.

• What products are suitable for a rotary table?

Rotary tables are suitable for a wide range of stable products, including bottles, jars, pouches, small boxes, and individual food items that can be gently accumulated and rotated.

• Can the speed be adjusted?

• Is this unit suitable for washdown environments?

• What maintenance is typically required?

• How does a rotary table integrate into a production line?

Rotary tables and indexing systems are valued in food processing for their reliability in automating product handling and storage workflows. Buyers typically prioritise stainless steel construction and corrosion resistance given food safety requirements. When purchasing used equipment, inspectors should check bearing condition, indexing accuracy, and cleanliness of surfaces. Industry sentiment favours models with straightforward maintenance and proven track records in high-volume production environments. Durability and precise positioning capabilities remain key strengths attracting continued buyer interest.
