Unitech - Used Unitech Rotary Table

• Used for automated assembly lines to present components sequentially.
• Integrated into packaging lines for precise product positioning and filling.
• Utilised in machining operations for indexing workpieces for multi-sided processing.
• Employed in quality control systems for presenting items to vision inspection systems.
• Applied in food processing for sorting, filling, or decorating products.

Typical diameter

Rotary tables of this type commonly range from 500mm to 1500mm in diameter.

Load capacity

Units in this class typically handle loads from 50kg to 500kg, depending on design.

Indexing accuracy

Positional accuracy for industrial rotary tables is commonly within ±0.05 degrees.

Power supply

Most industrial rotary tables operate on 400V, 3-phase power, though smaller units may use 230V single-phase.

Table material

The table surface is typically constructed from stainless steel or anodised aluminium for durability and hygiene.

Footprint

The overall footprint will be slightly larger than the table diameter, accounting for the drive mechanism and frame.

• What is a rotary table used for?

A rotary table is used to precisely position or index items in a circular motion, facilitating automated processes such as assembly, inspection, or packaging.

• Can this unit be integrated into an existing production line?

• What kind of maintenance does a used rotary table require?

• Is this unit suitable for food processing environments?

• What are the common drive mechanisms for rotary tables?

Rotary tables and indexing systems are valued in food processing for their reliability in automating product handling and storage workflows. Buyers typically prioritise stainless steel construction and corrosion resistance given food safety requirements. When purchasing used equipment, inspectors should check bearing condition, indexing accuracy, and cleanliness of surfaces. Industry sentiment favours models with straightforward maintenance and proven track records in high-volume production environments. Durability and precise positioning capabilities remain key strengths attracting continued buyer interest.
