Tromp - 30” wide twin gear depositor with cut off valve

• Depositing batters and doughs for bakery products such as cakes, muffins, and cookies.
• Filling pies, tarts, and quiches with various fillings.
• Dispensing sauces, creams, and purees in food production lines.
• Applying precise portions of viscous products in confectionery manufacturing.

Working width

This unit features a 30-inch (approximately 760mm) working width, suitable for medium to large production lines.

Depositing mechanism

Twin gear depositors typically offer precise volumetric control for consistent product dispensing.

Cut-off valve

The integrated cut-off valve commonly provides clean product breaks, reducing stringing and drip.

Frame type

A C-frame design typically allows for integration over existing conveyors or production lines.

Power supply

Depositors of this class commonly require a 3-phase electrical supply, typically 400V, 50Hz.

Materials of construction

Food-grade stainless steel is typically used for all product contact parts to meet hygiene standards.

Throughput

Throughput for this class of equipment is highly variable, depending on product viscosity and desired portion size, but can range from hundreds to thousands of deposits per hour.

• What does 'C frame' mean for this depositor?

A C-frame design means the machine has a C-shaped support structure, allowing it to be positioned over an existing conveyor belt or production line without interrupting the flow.

• What are twin gear depositors best suited for?

• What does 'No controls' imply for this listing?

• Can this depositor handle products with particulates?

• What maintenance is typically required for a used depositor of this type?

Food processing depositors are generally well-regarded for their ability to deliver consistent portion control and increase production speeds. Buyers typically examine nozzle condition, pump wear, and calibration history when purchasing used units. These machines are valued for their reliability and relatively straightforward maintenance requirements. Precision and durability across repeated cycles are key strengths highlighted by operators. Buyers should verify mechanical components and seek units with full service records for optimal performance and longevity.
