Horzontal T-1000H & T-1000H Wide Bagging Machines

• Packaging of bakery products such as bread, rolls, and pastries.
• Bagging of fresh produce like fruits and vegetables.
• Enclosing textile items such as t-shirts or towels.
• Packaging of various non-food items including small components or printed materials.

Typical throughput

For this class of horizontal bagging machine, throughput typically ranges from 30 to 80 bags per minute, depending on product size and film material.

Bag dimensions

Units of this type commonly accommodate bag widths from 100mm to 400mm and lengths up to 600mm, with 'Wide' models offering larger capacities.

Power supply

These machines typically require a 3-phase electrical supply, commonly 400V, 50Hz, with a power consumption of 3-5 kW.

Film materials

Suitable for various heat-sealable films, including polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and laminates.

Machine footprint

A typical footprint for a horizontal bagging machine of this size is around 3000mm to 4500mm in length, 1000mm to 1500mm in width, and 1500mm to 1800mm in height.

Control system

Units commonly feature PLC control with a touchscreen HMI for operational adjustments and recipe management.

• What types of products are best suited for a horizontal bagging machine?

Horizontal bagging machines are ideal for products that are stable enough to be conveyed horizontally, such as bakery items, fresh produce, textile goods, and various non-food articles.

• Can these machines handle different bag sizes?

• What kind of maintenance is typically required?

• Are these machines suitable for food contact applications?

• What is the difference between the T-1000H and T-1000H Wide models?

Filling machines remain reliable workhorses in food processing operations. Buyers typically value machines that maintain consistent accuracy and minimal product waste across production runs. When purchasing used equipment, inspectors should examine seals, calibration history, and compatibility with existing production lines. Industry sentiment favours models with straightforward maintenance requirements and readily available spare parts. Stainless steel construction and robust build quality are commonly cited strengths, alongside adaptability to different product viscosities. Thorough testing before purchase is considered essential due to wear variations.
