Koppens 3000/400 Thermal Oil Fryer

• Frying various coated and uncoated food products such as poultry, fish, and vegetables.
• Producing snacks and convenience foods requiring consistent frying temperatures.
• Processing products where precise temperature control and minimal oil degradation are critical.
• Large-scale food production lines requiring continuous frying operations.

Frying Medium

Thermal oil, offering stable and indirect heating for consistent product quality.

Typical Fry Length

For this model, a fry length of 3000mm is specified, suitable for medium to high throughput.

Typical Belt Width

A belt width of 400mm is specified, accommodating a range of product sizes.

Temperature Control

Units of this type typically feature highly accurate temperature control, crucial for product consistency and oil longevity.

Heating Method

Indirect heating via a thermal oil system, commonly powered by gas or electricity, offering uniform heat distribution.

Material Construction

Typically constructed from food-grade stainless steel for hygiene and durability.

Teflon System

Equipped with a Teflon system, commonly used to prevent product sticking and aid in cleaning.

Power Supply

For this class of equipment, a three-phase industrial power supply (e.g., 400V, 50Hz) is typically required for controls and ancillary components, with the main heating system often being gas-fired.

• What are the benefits of a thermal oil fryer compared to direct-heated fryers?

Thermal oil fryers offer more precise and stable temperature control, reduced oil degradation, and a longer oil lifespan due to indirect heating. This can lead to better product quality and lower operating costs.

• What kind of products is this fryer suitable for?

• What maintenance is typically required for a thermal oil fryer?

• What does 'as back from factory' mean for a used unit?

• Is this unit suitable for continuous production?

Gas analyzers and detectors are regarded as essential precision instruments in pharmaceutical and biotech laboratories. Buyers typically prioritise calibration records and maintenance history when purchasing used equipment. These instruments are valued for their accuracy, repeatability, and reliability in critical analytical processes. Key considerations include ensuring proper documentation of service intervals, verifying sensor functionality, and confirming compatibility with existing laboratory systems. Well-maintained units often perform comparably to new equipment at considerably lower cost, making them attractive for budget-conscious facilities requiring validated analytical capability.
