Stein SF7 Oil Filter

• Filtering cooking oil in continuous frying lines for snacks, poultry, or coated products.
• Extending the lifespan of frying oil by removing particulate matter and crumbs.
• Improving the quality and appearance of fried food by maintaining cleaner oil.
• Reducing oil consumption and disposal costs in large-scale food production.
• Maintaining consistent oil quality in high-volume frying operations.

Filter Type

Typically a continuous micro-mesh belt filter, as indicated by the description.

Typical Capacity

For this class of equipment, oil filtration rates commonly range from 500 to 2000 litres per hour, depending on the fryer size it supports.

Belt Width

Units of this type commonly feature belt widths around 600mm, consistent with the listing.

Power Supply

Typically requires a 3-phase electrical supply, commonly 400V, 50Hz, with a power draw suitable for pump and motor operation.

Footprint

The footprint for oil filters of this design typically ranges from 1.5m to 2.5m in length and 0.8m to 1.2m in width.

Construction Material

Commonly constructed from stainless steel for hygiene and durability in food processing environments.

Filtration Fineness

Micro-mesh belts typically offer filtration down to 50-100 microns, effectively removing fine particulates.

• What kind of fryer is this filter suitable for?

This type of oil filter is typically designed for use with continuous industrial fryers, often found in snack, poultry, or prepared food production lines.

• How does a micro-mesh belt filter work?

• What are the main benefits of using an oil filter like this?

• Is installation complex for an oil filter of this type?

• What maintenance does a Stein SF7 oil filter typically require?

Used commercial fryers are generally regarded as reliable investments for food service operations. Buyers typically value robust construction and consistent temperature control. When purchasing used equipment, inspections should focus on heating elements, thermostats, and tank integrity, as these components experience significant wear. Well-maintained fryers retain strong performance capabilities. Industry sentiment recognises that proper maintenance records and evidence of descaling are key indicators of longevity and safe operation in food preparation environments.
