Power supply

Commonly, these compact electric depositors operate on a single-phase electrical supply, suitable for most commercial kitchens.

Product viscosity range

Units of this type are typically capable of handling a wide range of product viscosities, from thin liquids like soup to thicker items such as ice cream with inclusions.

Recipe storage

Many modern depositors in this category feature digital controls with memory for storing numerous product recipes and dosage settings, often up to 100.

Changeover time

For this equipment class, quick, 'no tool' changeover designs are common, facilitating efficient transitions between different products or attachments.

Footprint

Benchtop depositors are designed to be compact, requiring minimal counter space in a production environment.
