Typical capacity

For this class of industrial washer, units commonly accommodate multiple large trays, racks, or a significant volume of smaller items per cycle.

Power supply

Units of this type typically require a 3-phase electrical supply, commonly 400V or 415V, with appropriate amperage for heating and pump operation.

Wash temperature

Commonly features adjustable wash temperatures, typically up to 85°C, for effective cleaning and sanitisation.

Construction material

Typically constructed from stainless steel (e.g., AISI 304 or 316) for hygiene, durability, and corrosion resistance.

Water consumption

For this class of equipment, water consumption per cycle is typically optimised through efficient spray systems and recirculation, but varies by cycle length and intensity.

Footprint

Industrial washers like the Jeros 9120 typically require a dedicated floor space, often with dimensions suitable for industrial environments.
