Unknown - Lazy Susan Rotary Table

• Used for manual or automated accumulation and buffering of products on a production line.
• Ideal for presenting products to operators for inspection, labelling, or packaging.
• Facilitates sorting and distribution of items in a circular motion.
• Commonly integrated into assembly lines for component presentation.

Typical diameter

Typically ranges from 600mm to 1500mm for this class of equipment.

Power supply

Most units are electrically driven, commonly requiring a 230V single-phase supply, though some larger or integrated systems may use 400V three-phase.

Construction material

Often constructed from stainless steel (grade 304 or 316) for hygiene and durability, especially in food processing applications, or mild steel with a painted finish for general industrial use.

Typical load capacity

For this type of unit, typical load capacity can range from 20 kg to 100 kg, depending on design and motor strength.

Speed control

Many models feature variable speed control, typically via an inverter, to adjust rotation speed according to production requirements.

Table height

Commonly adjustable to align with existing conveyor systems or operator working heights, typically between 700mm and 1000mm.

• What products are best suited for a Lazy Susan Rotary Table?

These tables are best suited for stable, packaged, or contained products that can be accumulated and rotated without falling off. Examples include bottles, jars, small boxes, and pouches.

• Can this unit be integrated into an existing production line?

• What maintenance is typically required for a used unit?

• Is variable speed control a standard feature?

• What safety features should I look for?

Rotary tables and indexing systems are valued in food processing for their reliability in automating product handling and storage workflows. Buyers typically prioritise stainless steel construction and corrosion resistance given food safety requirements. When purchasing used equipment, inspectors should check bearing condition, indexing accuracy, and cleanliness of surfaces. Industry sentiment favours models with straightforward maintenance and proven track records in high-volume production environments. Durability and precise positioning capabilities remain key strengths attracting continued buyer interest.
