Rademaker Depositor

• Depositing fillings into pies, tarts, and pastries.
• Precisely portioning batters and doughs onto baking trays.
• Applying sauces or toppings onto various food products.
• Filling confectionery moulds with liquid or semi-liquid ingredients.

Typical capacity

For this class of Rademaker depositor, throughput can typically range from 100 to over 200 deposits per minute, depending on product and configuration.

Power supply

Units of this type commonly require a 3-phase electrical supply, typically 400V, 50Hz, with appropriate amperage for motor and control systems.

Number of discharge heads

Depositors like this often feature multiple discharge heads, commonly 2, 4, or 6, to increase production efficiency.

Product viscosity range

Rademaker depositors are generally designed to handle a wide range of product viscosities, from thin liquids to thick pastes and doughs.

Construction material

Equipment for food processing, including depositors, is typically constructed from food-grade stainless steel for hygiene and durability.

Footprint

The footprint for a standalone depositor of this type can vary, but typically requires a floor area of 1.5m x 1m, excluding any integrated conveyor systems.

• What types of products can a Rademaker depositor handle?

Rademaker depositors are versatile and can handle various products, including fruit fillings, creams, batters, meat mixtures, and sauces, provided the viscosity is within the machine's operational range.

• Is this depositor suitable for hot or cold products?

• What maintenance is typically required for a depositor?

• Can the deposit volume be adjusted?

• What are the common wear parts on a depositor?

Food depositors are valued for their precision, consistency and reliability in portioning applications across bakery, confectionery and prepared foods sectors. Buyers typically prioritise machines with minimal wear, clear maintenance histories and compatible control systems. Key strengths include durability when properly serviced, adaptability to various product viscosities, and straightforward operation. When purchasing used equipment, inspecting nozzles, pumps and pneumatic components is essential, as wear directly affects deposit accuracy. Machines from reputable manufacturers with documented service records generally command buyer confidence and deliver strong long-term value.
