Typical capacity

Throughput rates for this class of equipment commonly range from 1,000 to 6,000 deposits per hour, depending on product viscosity and deposit size.

Power supply

Units of this type typically require a 3-phase electrical supply, commonly 400V, 50Hz, with a compressed air connection for pneumatic operation.

Deposit volume range

A typical force feed depositor can handle deposit volumes from approximately 10ml to 1,000ml, adjustable via controls.

Product viscosity suitability

Force feed depositors are generally suitable for a wide range of viscosities, from thin batters to thick pastes and chunky fillings.

Hopper capacity

Common hopper capacities for these units are between 20 and 50 litres, allowing for continuous operation without frequent refilling.

Footprint

For this class of equipment, a typical footprint is around 1,000mm (L) x 800mm (W) x 1,600mm (H), though this can vary with specific configurations.
