• Suitable for top, bottom, or side labelling applications on various product shapes, including flat, oval, and round containers.
• Often used in production lines requiring precise label placement and consistent application speeds.
• Can be integrated into existing packaging lines for automated labelling processes.

Typical throughput

Units of this type commonly offer speeds ranging from 30 to 60 products per minute, depending on label size and application complexity.

Power supply

Typically requires a standard single-phase electrical supply, such as 230V, 50Hz.

Label roll capacity

Commonly accommodates label rolls with an external diameter of up to 300mm and an internal core diameter of 76mm.

Label dimensions

Units in this class typically handle label widths from 10mm to 150mm and lengths from 10mm to 300mm.

Footprint

For this class of equipment, a typical footprint might be around 800mm (L) x 600mm (W) x 1200mm (H), though this can vary with configuration.

Construction materials

Often constructed from stainless steel and anodised aluminium for durability and hygiene in industrial environments.

• What types of labels can this machine apply?
