Complete Tea Blending System for Black Teas SOLD Complete system from Sacks of Black tea conveyed through double pass sieves and magnets to remove all contamination, then into tea blending drum and up through bucket elevator to blended tea silos. Capacity: 350Kg Loose leaf teas and upto 450Kg Black Teabag teas. Bulk Tea sacks are conveyed into loading area. Product is then dumped into initial loading hopper where it is then conveyed through sieves twice and through metal detection to remove small ferrous particles and other contaminants. It then flows up into a bucket elevator and into the Tea Blending drum. Once blended the tea is dropped out into another conveyor discharge hopper where it is automatically fed into a bucket elevator through the mezzanine floor above. It then drops from this into pre-positioned Blended Tea silos ready for supplying packing machines.
