The GS-900 Calibrated Densitometer is a self-calibrating 21 CFR Part 11 gel imaging system designed for acquiring gel, blot, and film images. It is capable of reproducibly imaging gels, blots, and film and quantitating proteins across a wide dynamic range. The system uses transmissive and reflective imaging to scan chromogenic samples at the optimal detection wavelength, and its three-color red, green, and blue CCD imaging technology enables accurate, reproducible quantitation with a wide variety of common stains.
