Ram - Bread Slicer

Ram's automatic bread slicer is perfect for both artisanal and industrial use and it meets also the requirements of the smaller laboratory, due to its reduced dimensions. Two sizes are available: 440mm and 520mm useful cutting width. A highly reliable machine, designed with low maintenance in mind - mainly due to the bearings mounted on the oscillatory movement of the knives - that avoid wear and noise. The front facing control panel controls on/off; and the regulation of pressure and speed of the bread-press. The security cover enables the cutting phase to start in total safety, while the re-entry of the trolley at the end of the cycle allows its opening. A simple and long lasting in time system on the bread-press enables an ideal treatment of the product to work, avoiding cracking and damaging during the cutting step.
