GAMI’s enrober is the perfect machine for coating confectionery products, using chocolate substitute or other coatings that do not require tempering. Melt in a bain-marie and mix the shells while maintaining a uniform temperature.The tank, which has a capacity of 45 kg, is equipped with a mixer that keeps the coverage fluid and homogeneous and is built in AISI 304 steel. All temperature controls are carried out using high-precision probes and controlled by a dedicated electronic board.The machine is equipped with a flow stop pedal for dosing the desired quantity of product and a programmable self-start timer.An enrobing system involves the possible combination of the machine with an enrobing trolley complete with diffuser, blower, net beater and tail cutter device.Furthermore, the product flow is adjustable.
