BTM/300//M/ADJ Single Pillar Dump Buggie Tipper

This Dump Buggie Tipper is a 200 or 300 Litre tote bin tipper that is designed to lift and tip at an adjustable discharge height of between 1400 and 2300mm. The Dump Buggie Tipper is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a welded construction throughout and is designed to be mobile on castors. The lifting is achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The Dump Buggie Tipper is fitted with our unique safety latch which engages automatically in the extremely unlikely event of a lift chain failure.

Dump Buggie Tipper Electrical Control

This Dump Buggie Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). Upper and Lower end of travel limit switches are positioned to prevent inadvertent adjustment or damage but are easily adjustable by trained personnel for fine adjustment on site. The unguarded Dump Buggie Tipper operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Dump Buggie Tipper to operate. As soon as either button is released, the Dump Buggie Tipper will stop. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required.
