This single pillar 200 Litre Eurobin Tipper is designed to lift and tip at a discharge height of 1400mm. The Eurobin Tipper is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a welded construction throughout and is designed to be mobile on castors. The lifting is achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The unguarded Eurobin Tipper is fitted with our unique safety latch which engages automatically in the extremely unlikely event of a lift chain failure.

Eurobin Tipper Electrical Control

This Eurobin Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). Upper and Lower end of travel limit switches are positioned to prevent inadvertent adjustment or damage but are easily adjustable by trained personnel for fine adjustment on site. The unguarded Eurobin Tipper operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Eurobin Tipper to operate. As soon as either button is released, the Eurobin Tipper will stop. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required.
