BTM/350/1250/B Heavy Duty Single Pillar Fixed Bin Tipper

This Heavy Duty Single Pillar Fixed Bin Tipper is designed to lift and tip at a discharge height of 1250mm. The Fixed Bin Tipper is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is fully TIG welded throughout and is designed to be bolted to the floor. The lifting is achieved by a ¾” Duplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The fixed bin tipper is fitted with our unique safety latch which engages automatically in the extremely unlikely event of a lift chain failure.

Fixed Bin Tipper Electrical Control

This Fixed Bin Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). Upper and Lower end of travel limit switches are positioned to prevent inadvertent adjustment or damage but are easily adjustable by trained personnel for fine adjustment on site. The unguarded fixed bin tipper operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the machine to operate. As soon as either button is released, the machine will stop. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required.
