Maintenance

• If an oil vacuum pump is used, check the vacuum oil after every 100-hours of operation and replace the vacuum pump oil if the level is low or the oil is dirty.
• Check the sealing ring regularly to make sure it is not damaged or worn
• Scroll Pump maintenance frequency(Replace part): Two years or 12000 hours for Bearing, O-ring and Tip seal.
