BTH/250/1200/B Hydraulic Bin TipperThis Hydraulic Bin Tipper is designed to lift and tip a standard 200 Litre Tote Bin at a height of 1200mm and would have a Safe Working Load of 250 Kgs. The Hydraulic Bin Tipper is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a TIG welded construction throughout and would be bolted to the floor. This Hydraulic Bin Tipper would be powered via a hydraulic powerpack and would tip the containers by the extension of a stainless steel hydraulic cylinder to an angle of 30 degrees past the horizontal. The hydraulic cylinder is fitted with a safety check valve such that even in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, the raised bin will not fall to the floor. Hydraulic Bin Tipper Electrical ControlThis Hydraulic Bin Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The Hydraulic Bin Tipper has ‘dead man’s handle’ control such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the machine to operate. As soon as the button is released, the machine will stop. The control panel has the facility for a ‘Call to Run’ signal to be connected if required. |
