DTH/200/850/B Hydraulic Drum Tipper

This Hydraulic Drum Tipper is designed to lift and tip your 500 Litre drum at a height of 850mm and would have a Safe Working Load of 200 Kgs. The Hydraulic Drum Tipper is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a fully TIG welded construction throughout and would be bolted to the floor. This Hydraulic Drum Tipper would be powered via a hydraulic power-pack and would tip the bin by the extension of a pair of stainless steel hydraulic cylinders to a maximum angle of 30 degrees past the horizontal. The hydraulic cylinders are fitted with a safety check valve such that even in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, the raised bin will not fall to the floor.

Hydraulic Drum Tipper Electrical Control

This Hydraulic Drum Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The unguarded Hydraulic Drum Tipper has ‘dead man’s handle’ control such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Hydraulic Drum Tipper to operate. As soon as the button is released, the Hydraulic Drum Tipper will stop. The control panel has the facility for a ‘Call to Run’ signal to be connected if required.
