BTH/300/1000/M Hydraulic Tote Bin Lift

This Hydraulic Tote Bin Lift was designed to lift and tip a standard 200 or 300 Litre Eurobin at a height of 1000mm and had a Safe Working Load of 300 Kgs. The Hydraulic Tote Bin Lift is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a TIG welded construction throughout and would be mobile on castors. This Hydraulic Tote Bin Lift was powered via a hydraulic powerpack and tipped the container by the extension of a stainless steel hydraulic cylinder to an angle of 30 degrees past the horizontal. The hydraulic cylinder is fitted with a safety check valve such that even in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, the raised bin will not fall to the floor.

Hydraulic Tote Bin Lift Electrical Control

This Hydraulic Tote Bin Lift was fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel mounted on the main frame at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The unguarded Hydraulic Tote Bin Lift operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Hydraulic Tote Bin Lift to operate. As soon as either button is released, the Hydraulic Tote Bin Lift will stop. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required.
