BTH/750/950/M Hydraulic Tote Dumper

This Hydraulic Tote Dumper was designed to lift and tip a standard Dolaf Bin (1200 x 1000 x 800mm High) at a height of 950mm and has a Safe Working Load of 750Kgs. The Hydraulic Tote Dumper is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a TIG welded construction throughout and would be mobile on two fixed and two swivel braked castors. This Hydraulic Tote Dumper was powered via a hydraulic powerpack and tipped the containers by the extension of a pair of stainless steel hydraulic cylinder to an angle of 10 degrees past the horizontal. The hydraulic cylinder is fitted with a safety check valve such that even in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, the raised bin will not fall to the floor.

Hydraulic Tote Dumper Electrical Control

This Hydraulic Tote Dumper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main frame at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The unguarded Hydraulic Tote Dumper operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Hydraulic Tote Dumper to operate. As soon as either button is released, the Hydraulic Tote Dumper will stop. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required.
