Printing Technology

Thermal Transfer Overprinter (TTO) is typically used for this model, offering high-resolution printing.

Print Area

Commonly, units of this type offer a print area suitable for various packaging formats, often up to 53mm x 75mm or larger depending on the specific configuration.

Print Speed

For this class of equipment, print speeds can typically range from 10mm/s to 400mm/s, adapting to different production line requirements.

Power Supply

Units commonly operate on standard industrial single-phase power, typically 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz.

Air Supply

Compressed air is typically required for printer operation, often around 6 bar (90 psi) clean, dry air.

Consumables

This equipment uses thermal transfer ribbons, available in various colours and formulations suitable for different substrates.

Connectivity

Commonly features Ethernet, USB, and serial ports for integration with host systems and PLCs.
