What types of tubes can this machine fill?

This specific model is designed for aluminium tubes. Other models may handle laminate or plastic tubes, but buyers should confirm compatibility with the seller for this unit.

Is changeover between different tube sizes complex?

Changeover typically involves adjusting or replacing tube holders, filling nozzles, and sealing jaws. The complexity and time required can vary, so buyers should discuss this with the seller.

What kind of products are suitable for this filler?

Tube fillers like the C960 are generally suitable for viscous products such as creams, gels, pastes, and some semi-liquid products. Product viscosity can impact filling accuracy and speed.

What maintenance is typically required for a used tube filler?

Regular maintenance for used units commonly includes checking and replacing wear parts like seals and gaskets, lubricating moving components, and ensuring all safety interlocks are functional. A service history, if available, is beneficial.

Does this machine include a product feeding system?

Tube fillers often integrate with external product feeding systems (e.g., hoppers, pumps). Buyers should clarify with the seller whether any such components are included or if they need to be sourced separately.
