BTM/250/1500/M Single Pillar Mobile Bowl Tipper

This Single Pillar Mobile Bowl Tipper is designed to lift and tip at a discharge height of 1500mm. The Mobile Bowl Tipper is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel and is a welded construction throughout. The lifting is achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The Mobile Bowl Tipper is fitted with our unique safety latch which engages automatically in the extremely unlikely event of a lift chain failure.

Mobile Bowl Tipper Electrical Control

This Mobile Bowl Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The Mobile Bowl Tipper has ‘dead man’s handle’ control such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Mobile Bowl Tipper to operate. As soon as the button is released, the Mobile Bowl Tipper will stop. The control panel has the facility for a ‘Call to Run’ signal to be connected if required.
