BTM/100/1500/B Single Pillar Static Box Tipper

This Static Box Tipper was designed to lift and tip a Plastic Tote at a discharge height of 1500mm into an infeed hopper. The Static Box Tipper is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is fully TIG welded throughout and is designed to be bolted to the floor. The lifting is achieved by a toothed timing belt driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The Tote was loaded by an operator and there was a sensor to detect that it is loaded correctly. The whole tipper was enclosed with a safety guard and appropriate interlocks by others.

The Static Box Tipper was supplied with all components wired down to a stainless steel terminal box to be incorporated into the Master Control System.
