Adpak - Tavolo-Rotan Stainless Steel Rotary Table (Adpak)

• Accumulating products at the end of a production line for manual packing or further processing.
• Feeding products into automated packaging machinery, such as flow wrappers or cartoners.
• Buffering products between different stages of a manufacturing process to manage flow.
• Sorting or orienting products for inspection or subsequent operations.

Typical diameter

For this model class (1200-VAR), the table diameter is typically around 1200mm.

Construction material

Units of this type, especially from Adpak, are commonly constructed from stainless steel, suitable for food and pharmaceutical environments.

Power supply

Typically requires a single-phase or three-phase electrical supply, commonly 230V or 400V, 50Hz for the UK market.

Speed control

Units with 'VAR' in the model name commonly feature variable speed control, allowing adjustment of rotation speed.

Load capacity

The load capacity for a 1200mm rotary table can vary, but typically supports several tens of kilograms of product.

Footprint

The operational footprint will be slightly larger than the table diameter, accounting for the motor and frame.

• What kind of products can a rotary table handle?

Rotary tables are versatile and can handle a wide range of products, including bottles, jars, pouches, small boxes, and components, provided they are stable enough to stand on the rotating surface.

• Is this unit suitable for a food production environment?

• What maintenance is typically required for a rotary table?

• Can this unit be integrated into an existing production line?

• What does 'Sold as seen' imply for a used unit?

Rotary tables and indexing systems are valued in food processing for their reliability in automating product handling and storage workflows. Buyers typically prioritise stainless steel construction and corrosion resistance given food safety requirements. When purchasing used equipment, inspectors should check bearing condition, indexing accuracy, and cleanliness of surfaces. Industry sentiment favours models with straightforward maintenance and proven track records in high-volume production environments. Durability and precise positioning capabilities remain key strengths attracting continued buyer interest.
