Single Pillar Tote Dumper High Level

This single pillar Tote Dumper High Level is designed to lift and tip at a Special purpose Tote weighing up to 100 Kgs at a discharge height of 5200mm. The Tote Dumper High Level is constructed from grade 304 stainless steel and is fully Tig welded throughout. The lifting is achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The Tote Dumper High Level is designed to be bolted to the floor and is braced near the top.

Safety Guard to PD 5304:2005 Safety of Machinery

The safety guard is constructed from 40 x 40 x 3mm stainless steel box section and 2mm stainless steel sheet to meet the requirements of pD 5304:2005 Safety of machinery. it would enclose the Tote Dumper High Level to a height of 2200mm on all sides with a vertically opening gate through which the tote is loaded. The guard door is electrically and mechanically interlocked preventing the Tote Dumper High Level from operating with the door open. in addition, the guard door can only be opened when the lifting carriage is at the full down position. The Tote Dumper High Level control system has provision for a ‘call for product’ signal to be connected.
