Typical capacity

For a twin-lane machine of this type, throughput can typically range from 4,000 to 8,000 cups per hour, depending on product viscosity and cup size.

Power supply

Units in this class commonly operate on a 3-phase electrical supply, typically 400V, 50Hz, with a compressed air requirement.

Filling mechanism

Trepko machines often utilise piston fillers, suitable for viscous products, or volumetric fillers for precise dosing.

Cup materials

This type of filler is typically designed for pre-formed plastic cups (e.g., PP, PS) with heat-sealable foil or film lids.

Footprint

A twin-lane cup filler commonly requires a floor space of approximately 2 to 3 metres in length and 1 to 1.5 metres in width, plus access for operators and maintenance.

Product temperature range

These machines are generally suitable for ambient, chilled, or moderately heated products, depending on the specific configuration.
