Ulma - ULMA VTI 640 Vertical Bagger

VTI 640 is a hygienic, high-performance vertical form fill seal machine for food and non-food lines. It handles BOPP, laminated and PE films, producing pillow, gusseted, flat-bottom and 4-edge-seal packs, plus stable-base and easy-doy styles. Features include a 10″ industrial PC HMI with integrated manuals and diagnostics, one-side format change, full access for cleaning, and options like constant-heat, impulse or ultrasonic sealing, and a double reel-holder with automatic splice. Typical speeds are up to 110 packs per minute, with film widths up to 650 mm and rolls to 450 mm diameter.
