BTH/250/1000/B Hydraulic 120 Litre Wheelie Bin DumperThis 120 Litre Wheelie Bin Dumper is designed to lift and tip a standard 120 Litre Wheelie Bin at a discharge height of 1000mm and had a Safe Working Load of 250 Kgs. The Wheelie Bin Dumper is constructed from stainless steel and was designed to be bolted to the floor or welded to the deck if preferred. This Wheelie Bin Dumper is powered via a hydraulic powerpack and tips the containers by the extension of a hydraulic cylinder to an angle of 30 degrees past the horizontal. The hydraulic cylinder is fitted with a safety check valve such that even in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, the raised bin will not fall to the floor. 120 Litre Wheelie Bin Dumper Electrical ControlThis 120 Litre Wheelie Bin Dumper was fitted with an IP65 Control Panel mounted on the main frame at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The unguarded 120 Litre Wheelie Bin Dumper operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Tipper to operate. As soon as either button is released, the Tipper will stop. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required. |
