Astrapac Model Polymaster Evo Vertical Bag sealer for sale
Circa 2023/2024
Vertical continuous bag sealer for various sized preformed bags.
Previously used for sealoing preformed bags of whole bean coffee in 250gm, 500gm and 1Kg bags.
It has an adjustable height conveyor to accommodate many bag sizes.
Fittedwith adjustable guide rals to support the bags as they travel through the conveyor.
The bags should be fed into the sealer jaws that pulls the bags through creating an even seal as it travels through the heat sealing head.
Suitable for sealing bags with the following film types:polyethene, polypropylene, and more complex plastic and foil laminates.(vac bags, coated barrier foils etc).
Seal width: 8mm
Direction: Right to left
Electrical requirement: Single phase 230V
Cooling: Blower Fan
Temperature Range:  up to a Maximum of 250ºC
Variable Speed: 0-13M per minute
