BTM/150/1000/M Single Pillar Bakery Bowl Tipper

This Bakery Bowl Tipper is designed to lift and tip a Hobart 80 Litre Bakery Bowl at a discharge height of 1000mm. The Bakery Bowl Tipper is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a welded construction throughout and is mobile on castors. The lifting is achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The Bakery Bowl Tipper is fitted with our unique safety latch which engages automatically in the extremely unlikely event of a lift chain failure.

Bakery Bowl Tipper Electrical Control

This Bakery Bowl Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The Bakery Bowl Tipper has ‘dead man’s handle’ control such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Bakery Bowl Tipper to operate. As soon as the button is released, the Bakery Bowl Tipper will stop. The control panel has the facility for a ‘Call to Run’ signal to be connected if required.
