Bhargab Engineering Works Tea Blending Drum 80-100Kgs

• Blending various grades of tea leaves to achieve a consistent flavour profile.
• Mixing different tea ingredients such as herbs, spices, or dried fruits for specialty blends.
• Homogenising batches of tea prior to packaging to ensure uniform distribution of components.
• Used in small to medium-scale tea processing plants and artisanal tea producers.

Typical capacity

This unit is specified at 80-100kg. For this class of equipment, capacities commonly range from 50kg to 500kg per batch.

Power supply

Typically, units of this type operate on a 3-phase industrial power supply, commonly 400V, 50Hz in the UK.

Construction material

Blending drums are usually constructed from food-grade stainless steel (e.g., SS304 or SS316) for hygiene and corrosion resistance.

Mixing mechanism

Commonly features an internal paddle or ribbon agitator, or a rotating drum design for gentle yet thorough blending.

Footprint

For an 80-100kg unit, the footprint typically requires a dedicated area of approximately 1.5m x 1.5m, plus access space.

Discharge method

Units commonly feature a manual or pneumatic discharge gate for controlled emptying of blended product.
